We only deliver within India and do not offer international shipping.

Yes, shipping is free for orders ₹500 and above. Orders below ₹500 will have a minimal shipping fee.

- If your order is lost or damaged, notify us within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video for verification.
5. Returns & Refunds
No, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Orders must be canceled before shipping.
We only accept returns for damaged items. To be eligible:
- ✔ Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- ✔ Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- ✔ Unboxing video must be provided as proof.
- Email us at admin@shilostylz.com with proof of damage.
- Our team will verify and approve the return.
- Ship the item back as per instructions.
Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement.
We only offer refunds and replacements—no store credit is issued.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
