1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Locations
We only deliver within India and do not offer international shipping at this time.
1.2 Order Processing & Dispatch

1.4 Shipping Charges
- Orders ₹500 and above: Free shipping.
- Orders below ₹500: Flat shipping fee of ₹[X].
1.5 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package on our courier partner’s website.
1.6 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@shilostylz.com.

- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
1.7 Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

1.8 No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Digital Wallets.
2. Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after the order is shipped.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns (Damaged Items Only)

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom-made jewelry, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

- Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is eligible.
- If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
